Rob van Vlokhoven
Rob van Vlokhoven will talk about Hostmanship during the World Forum Next Generation event.
Rob is currently working for "Hostmanship Group Netherlands" and "Lady in Red".
After getting his masters in Imagineering, he has developed an appreciating mind-set that continuously challenges the status quo in order to improve the quality of interaction between service providers and its consumers.
For the Hostmanship Group Netherlands, Rob has found a interesting way to look at hostmanship, he thinks that Hostmanship is a way of approaching people. It expresses a wish to serve others by a serving leadership and an insight that all activities strive to serve others. And in that process we develop both our pride and profit.
For the World Forum, Rob will talk about "the art of making people feel welcome".
